This thesis is devoted essentially to the asymptotic properties of fields and sequences of identically distributed real random variables. In the first chapter, we show that the inva-riance principle by Dedecker (2001) for the smoothed partial sum process of a stationary field (Xi)i∈Zdof bounded real random variables and indexed by sets of a classAdoes not hold if the random variables are onlyp-integrable (0< p <+∞). We also show that the invariance principle by Bass (1985) and Alexander and Pyke (1986) for i.i.d. square integrable random fields does not hold if one considers classes of sets which satisfy only the metric entropy condition without bracketing by Dudley (1973). However, in Chap-ter 2, if the random variables (Xi)i∈Zdhave finite exponential moments, we establish new Kahane-Khintchine inequalities in Orlicz spaces induced by exponential Young functions. Both these inequalities and a classical chaining argument yield a new invariance principle. In Chapter 3 we are interested in the local and central limit theorems for martingale diffe-rence sequences. We prove that the assumptions which ensure the local limit theorem for independent sequences are not sufficient for martingale difference sequences, and the speed of convergence in the Billingsley-Ibragimov central limit theorem can be arbitrarily slow. Finally, in the last chapter we study a non parametric regression model when the errors are given by a field (εi)i∈Zdof dependent random variables.
